Recipes – Hanson of Sonoma Distillery (2023)

2 oz Hanson Organic Habanero Vodka
6 oz Tres Agave Organic Bloody Mary Mix
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Organic Lemon

Combine all ingredients in a collins glass with Ice. Still in the glass and garnish with Olive, Celery, Pickle or Crispy Bacon.

1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Cucumber Vodka

1 oz Fresh Squeezed Organic Lime
½ oz Organic Agave Nectar

Garnish with Organic Cucumber & Sprig of Mint

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with Ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled coup glass. Slap Mint and Garnish with Cucumber Wheel.

1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Ginger Vodka
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Organic Lime

½ oz Organic Agave Nectar

Top with Q Organic Ginger Beer
Build all ingredients in a Moscow Mule mug filled with ice. Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with a Lime wedge.

1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Meyer Lemon Vodka
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Organic Meyer Lemon
½ oz Organic Agave Nectar
Garnish with Meyer Lemon Twist

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with Meyer Lemon twist.

1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Habanero Vodka
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
½ oz Organic Agave
Garnish with Rosemary and a Hibiscus Salt Rim

Combine Hanson Vodka, Lime Juice, Agave in a mixing tin with ice. Garnish glass with sugar rim and fresh Rosemary Sprig. Pour over fresh Ice.

2 oz Hanson Organic Habanero Vodka
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1 oz St. Germaine

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a coup glass.

¾ Cup Hanson Organic Original Vodka
2 Cups Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
2 Cups Coconut Water
2 Cups Club Soda
1 Vanilla Bean Halved

Add all the ingredients into a punchbowl. Garnish with Grapefruit wheels. Serves 6-8

1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Original Vodka
4 oz Ginger Beer
1/3 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Add all ingredients in to a Moscow Mule mug filled with Ice and garnish with a lime wheel.

2 oz Hanson Organic Boysenberry Vodka
½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
½ oz Local Honey Simple Syrup
Sprig of Rosemary

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with Ice. Shake, strain and pour into your favorite glass with fresh Ice. Garnish with Rosemary.
For the Local Honey Simple Syrup: In a saucepan heat up 1 part of your favorite Honey & 1 part Water until just combined.

2 oz Hanson Organic Mandarin Vodka
5 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Splash of Champagne
Garnish with Orange

Build in a glass, with Ice top with Champagne and stir well. Garnish with Orange Slice.

2 oz Hanson Organic Espresso Vodka
½ oz simple syrup
Splash of Organic Heavy Cream

Pour into old fashioned glass filled with Ice and stir.

1 ½oz Hanson Organic Ginger Vodka
½ oz Simple syrup
½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Splash of Club Soda
Garnish with Mint

Pour Hanson Ginger Vodka, Simple Syrup and fresh squeezed Lemon Juice into your favorite glass filled with Ice and stir. Top with Club Soda and garnish with Mint.

2 oz Hanson Organic Original Vodka
¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Meyer Lemon
¾ oz Simple Syrup
5 Raspberries
Splash of Club Soda

Muddle Blackberries, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup in a glass. Add Ice and vodka and top with Soda. Stir to combine and garnish Raspberries.

2 oz Hanson Organic Cucumber Vodka
5 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Orange slice for garnish

Pour into old fashioned glass filled with Ice and stir. Garnish with Orange Slice.

2 Cups Hanson Organic Mandarin Vodka
2 Cups Ginger Ale
1 ½ Cups Pineapple Juice
Garnish with Lemon

Add Hanson Vodka, Ginger Ale, and Pineapple Juice into a pitcher with Ice and stir. Top with Ginger Beer and garnish each cocktail with Lemon. Makes enough for 6-8 cocktails.

2 oz Hanson Organic Boysenberry Vodka
¼ oz Simple Syrup
2 Fresh Blackberries
Sprig of Rosemary
Splash of Club Soda

Muddle Blackberries, Rosemary and Simple Syrup in a shaker. Add Hanson Boysenberry Vodka and Ice. Shake, strain and pour into your favorite glass with fresh Ice. Top with Club Soda.

2 oz Hanson Organic Boysenberry Vodka
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Rose
Garnish with Fresh Pomegranates

Pour Hanson Vodka, Simple Syrup and Pomegranate Juice into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a flute glass. Top with Rose and fresh Pomegranates.

Garnish with Fresh Cucumber

Muddle fresh Cucumber. Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a Martini Glass and garnish with fresh Cucumber.

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass filled with fresh Ice and stir. Garnish with a Blood Orange Slice.

1 oz Hanson Organic Boysenberry Vodka
2 oz Rose
Top with Fresh Squeezed Blood Orange
Garnish with Blood Orange

Pour Hanson Vodka and Rose into a champagne glass. Top with a splash of fresh squeezed Blood Orange juice and a slice of Blood Orange.

2 oz Hanson Organic Original Vodka
5 oz Fresh Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
Garnish with Blood Orange Slice

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into Rocks glass filled with fresh Ice and stir. Garnish with a Blood Orange Slice.

2 oz Hanson Organic Ginger Vodka
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Champagne
Squeeze of Meyer Lemon

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a flute glass. Top with Champagne and a squeeze of Meyer Lemon. Garnish with Meyer Lemon peel.

2 Cups Hanson Organic Ginger Vodka
1 Cups Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 Cups Fresh Squeezed Blood Oranges
1 Cups Simple syrup
Top with Club Soda
Garnish with Sliced Blood Oranges, Fresh Cranberries and Mint

Combine Hanson Vodka, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice and Simple Syrup and chill. Just before serving add Club Soda and fresh Ice.

1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Original Vodka
1 oz Cranberry Juice
½ oz Fresh Squeeze Lime Juice
½ oz Cointreau
Garnish with Maraschino Cherry

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. For a holiday kick garnish with a maraschino Cherry.

1 oz Hanson Organic Espresso Vodka
5 oz Hot Coco
¾ oz Heavy Cream
Garnish with Marshmallows and Candy Canes.

Combine all ingredients and serve warm in a mug. Garnish with your favorite holiday treats.

Hanson Cucumber Martini
1 1/2 oz Hanson Organic Cucumber Vodka
Muddled Cucumber
½ oz Cucumber Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
Garnish with Cucumber

Muddle the Cucumber and Simple Syrup in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients, shake vigorously and pour into a chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with Cucumber.

Ginger Rosemary Smash
1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Ginger Vodka
¾ oz Ginger Simple Syrup
½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
Splash of Club Soda
2 Rosemary Sprigs

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin with ice, shake vigorously and strain into ice in a rocks glass. Top with Club Soda. Garnish with a Rosemary Spring and Lime slices.
For the Ginger Simple Syrup: With a 10 inch piece of ginger, peel and cut into small slices. In a saucepan heat up 1 part of your Sugar & 1 part Water and Ginger until just combined. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 min. Pour syrup through a fine sieve.

Polo Cup
1.5 oz Hanson Organic Original Vodka
1 oz Elderflower syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 dash of Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
2 Cucumber slices
4 Basil Leaves
7 Mint Leaves
2 oz Fever Tree Soda

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker very hard. Add Soda and Double Strain over fresh ice in a Collins Glass. Add a cucumber ribbon, Basil and mint Bouquet for Garnish.

Hansons My Thai
1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Habanero Vodka
2 oz Coconut Water
½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
¾ oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Soda
2 leaves of Cilantro

Muddle cilantro, combine remaining ingredients and shake with ice and serve up in chilled Coup Glass. Garnish with Cilantro

Flying Clipper
1.5 oz Hanson Organic Ginger Vodka
.75 oz Hand Pressed Lime juice
.75 oz Small Hand Foods Grenadine
.25 oz Ginger Solution
2 dashes of Absinthe

Combine all ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker. Shake, and Double strain into a Double Old Fashioned Glass over Fresh Ice. Garnish with a lime Wheel or Spiral.
Ginger Solution: Combine Equal parts Ginger juice with Cold Simple Syrup
